1. Sachin Tendulkar

2. Ricky Ponting

Ricky Ponting is the leading run scorer in both Test and One Day Internationals for Australia. Ponting has played 375 One Day Internationals in which he has scored 13704 runs.
3. Sanath Jayasuriya
Sanath Jayasuriya is a former Sri Lankan cricketer. Jayasuriya was an all-rounder who scored 13430 runs and took 323 wickets in 445 ODI matches which makes him the 10th highest wicket taker bowler in ODIs till now. Sri Lanka Cricket appointed him as the chairman of cricket selecting committee in January 2013.
Inzamam-ul-Haq is known as one of the greatest cricketers to ever come out of Pakistan. He was an right handed batsman who leaded Pakistan cricket team for almost five years. After playing 378 ODI matches in his career Inzamam-ul-Haq has scored 11739 runs with an average of 39.52.
5. Kumar Sangakkara
Kumar Sangakkara is also an Sri Lankan cricketer and the former captain of the Sri Lanka national cricket team. He is a left-handed top-order batsman and a wicket-keeper who is described as one of the most polished batsmen in cricket today. He has played 351 ODI matches and has scored 11632 runs. His career best is 169 runs.
6. Jacques Kallis
The South African all-rounder is at number six on the list. Jacques Kallis is known for his classic style of batting and his very useful right arm fast-medium bowling. The South African team depends alot upon his skills and experience. In his ODI career he has scored 11498 runs after playing 321 matches with an average of 45.
7. Sourav Ganguly
Sourav Ganguly is a former cricketer and the captain of Indian national cricket team. Currently he works as commentator for cricket matches. Ganguly was an right arm medium pace bowler and a left handed batsman who scored 11363 runs in his ODI career of 311 matches.
8. Mahela Jayawardene
Mahela Jayawardene is a batsmen and the former captain of the Sri Lankan cricket team. Mahela is known as an elegant and classy batsmen who has scored more than 10,000 runs in both test and ODIs. After playing 402 ODI matches he has scored 11318 runs with an career best of 144 runs.
9. Rahul Dravid
