The ICC Player Rankings are a widely followed system of rankings for international cricketers based on their recent performances. In starting, the rankings were only for test cricket but then One Day International were introduced. These ratings help in evaluating a player’s current performance level in comparison to others. Below is the list of Current ICC top 10 ODI Ratings of the players.

1. AB de Villiers
Abraham Benjamin de Villiers (AB de Villiers) (born 17 February 1984) is a South African cricketer, who is the captain of South Africa’s One Day International (ODI) team. AB de Villiers is currently ranked 3rd in the Test batting rankings and 1st in the One Day International batting rankings. He is a right-handed wicketkeeper batsmen and without any doubt one of the best in South African side. He has played 143 ODIs and has scored 5680 runs with a average of 49. 2. Hashim Amla
Hashim Mahomed Amla (born 31 March 1983) is also an right-handed top order batsman from South African team. Amla bats as an opener in 50 over matches for South Africa. 4. Jonathan Trott
Ian Jonathan Leonard Trott (born 22 April 1981) is a South African-born English cricketer. He was ICC and English Cricket Board (ECB) Cricketer of the Year in 2011. After playing 65 ODIs Trott has scored 2791 runs with 52 runs average.

5. M. S. Dhoni
Mahendra Singh Dhoni (born 7 July 1981), commonly known as M. S. Dhoni, is an Indian cricketer and the current captain of the Indian national cricket team. He is an attacking right-handed middle-order batsman and wicket-keeper. In 225 ODIs he has scored 7313 runs with 51 runs average. His career best score in 183 not out.

6. Kumar Sangakkara
Kumar Sangakkara (born 27 October 1977) is a Sri Lankan cricketer and a former captain of the Sri Lanka national cricket team. He is a left-handed top-order batsman and the wicket-keeper. Sangakkara is described as one of the most polished and talented batsmen in cricket today. He has played 346 One Day International matches and has scored 11265 runs. His career best is 138 runs not out.

7. Tillakaratne Dilshan
Another Sri Lankan batsmen has grabbed the 7 spot in the list.Tillakaratne Dilshan is the former captain of the Sri Lanka national cricket team. He is an aggressive right-hand batsman and a off-spin bowler. In 262 ODIs he has been able to score 7370 runs.

8. Paul Stirling
Paul Robert Stirling (born 3 September 1990) is an Irish cricketer who plays for Ireland National Team. Paul has only played 40 ODIs till now and has scored 1551 runs which is very impressive. His highest score is 177 runs.

9. A.N. Cook
Alastair Nathan Cook, is the captain of the England’s Test and ODI National cricket teams. He is a left-handed opening batsman who has played 72 ODIs while scoring 2681 runs. His average is 38 runs with a strike rate of 47.

10. Misbah-ul-Haq
Misbah-ul-Haq (born 28 May 1974 at Mianwali, Punjab) is a Pakistani cricketer. He is the current Test and One Day International (ODI) captain of the Pakistan national cricket squad. He is a right-handed middle order batsmen. After playing 120 ODIs he has scored 3559 runs with an average of 43 runs.
