Pakistan’s top ranking squash player Aamir Atlas Khan got off to winning start in the Malaysian Open when he beat Umer Abdul Aziz of Egypt 3-1 at Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.
Aamir dropped the first game before staging a fight back to register 9-11, 11-9, 12-10, 11-9 victory over his opponent in match lasting just eight minute under an hour. Aamir will face world no. 1 Egypt’s Rami Ishwar in quarter final.
