The Pakistan vs Zimbabwe series is being played at Harare, Zimbabwe. Till now two T20 Internationals and two One Day Internationals (ODI) have been played. The 3rd ODI is scheduled to be played on 31 August, 2103. The match will start at 09:30 local | 07:30 GMT | 12:30 PKT at Harare sports stadium.

This was a lucky day for Zimbabwe as after 15 long years the Zimbabwe cricket team had defeated Pakistan in any format of a cricket match.

In the 1st ODI Pakistan batted first and set the target of 244 runs after losing 7 wickets. In reply to this run chase the Zimbabwean openers started the innings with a superb opening partnership stand. The opener Masakadza scored 85 runs, Sibanda 54 and Taylor scored 43 runs.

The 2nd ODI was won by Pakistan with the help of a superb unbeaten innings of 136 runs by Mohammad Hafeez. Pakistan innings ended on 299 runs with the loss of 4 wickets. In reply to this huge total Zimbabwean team was able to score only 209 runs all-out after 42.4 overs. Junaid Khan destroyed the Zimbabwean batting line-up with his bowling and took 4 wickets. The spinners Saeed Ajmal and Abdur Rehman took two wickets each.

Now these two team will face-off each other in the last ODI of the series on 31 August, 2013. The winner of this match will win the ODI series. It is a very good chance for Zimbabwean team to make history but it won’t be that easy against the one of the world’s top cricket team, Pakistan.

Match Prediction:
Zimbabwe took Pakistan by surprise in the first ODI but Pakistan came back strongly in the 2nd ODI. Pakistan cricket team will be favorite while going into this match as they are far better side when compared against the Zimbabweans.
